Candidate Screening
Each candidate is evaluated against the role's core criteria: organizational skills, communication ability, and genuine interest in the web development growth path, using Dave's three stated screening questions.
Shortlist Delivery
Five (5) qualified candidate profiles delivered to Dave Lahoti by Friday, February 27, 2026. Each profile includes a background summary, screening responses, and WisePrince's fit assessment.
